Camilla did an amazing job with selling our current home and buying our new home. She was great with the negotiations in purchasing our new home and was very professional, responsive and had extreme attentive to detail. She ensured any questions or concerns were addressed promptly and negotiated our offer successfully. In selling our prior home she also demonstrated her expertise. She provided excellent guidance and direction in how to ensure our house was staged appropriately and was very flexible and respectful in accommodating our timeline and needs for moving out of our home. She was outstanding in her ability and strategy to price our house, driving multiple offers above ask and ultimately ending up with an offer that was above and beyond what we were expecting. I strongly recommend Camilla for any buying or selling needs!

Local knowledge: the scope of our search was broad. We started close to the area, but since we could be flexible with location (and prices & availability were not getting better!), we worked with Camilla to investigate areas and neighborhoods outside of the Westminster/Cypress areas. Locally, Camilla helped pinpoint neighborhoods that were best for our criteria. In further areas, she did not hesitate to proactively contact real estate agents to understand the circumstances and environment. Process expertise: we've purchased homes in other states. Each state is different and Camilla was very patient with answering all of my questions and walking us through the process. Responsiveness: hands down: extremely responsive. She was flexible with communicating via text, over the phone, or in person. She was quick to respond and showed empathy and understanding. Negotiation skills: Camilla helped us work with the seller's agent to get us a house that all of us would love. She was our advocate with the sellers and sellers agent, and it was apparent from our communication with the sellers that Camilla went above and beyond to help us with this contract. She worked with us in the beginning to understand our unique circumstances, and she negotiated with the sellers in a way that helped us meet those circumstances.

Camilla is amazing! She really went the extra miles to complete this sale The previous agent had this difficult listing for several months. Camila sold it it two weeks. She kept me informed every step of the way, helped so much in learning the complicated process of selling, even helping emergency clean out. Her experience and contacts solved so many problems that would have stalled the sale . Camilla and her team are the best!

Camilla is not only knowledgeable, but also personable and hardworking. Her guidance and advice helped us throughout the entire process of selling the house. She communicated with us every step of the way. When we texted or called her with a question, Camilla always responded quickly. She stayed on top of everything! In addition to her duties as our listing agent, Camilla completed tasks for which she was not responsible, going beyond what anyone would expect. Camilla has fabulous staging ideas which used the furniture, etc. we already had. Her ability to simplify and rearrange made our living space much more appealing. With the eyes of an artist, her "less is more" design philosophy worked beautifully and was invaluable in readying the house for the sale. When asked if she could recommend workers for various tasks, Camilla gave us names of skilled, hard-working, and reasonably-priced people. One example would be the landscaper and his crew of two who transformed the somewhat neglected front and back yards into a paradise in only two days. We would DEFINITELY work with Camilla again!
