Chris and Camille Barre are two of the kindest, most hardworking people I know, and I would give them 10 stars if I could for their outstanding work! When my mother passed, our family had the overwhelming task of clearing out and selling not just one but two homes, with me coordinating it for my family from 3000 miles away. The Barres kindly and calmly helped us every step of the way,  including connecting me to excellent resources for everything from estate sales, to painting, repairs, junk removal and landscaping. They responded quickly and kindly to any questions I had, making the impossible feel easy and seamless, and both homes sold immediately and at full asking price!  I would highly recommend them for sale or purchase of your home.

I recently had the extreme pleasure to work with Chris Barre and his wife Camille. My mother's home was placed in Probate and Chris contacted me and offered his services. I met with him and his wife and knew immediately that I would be contracting with him. Selling my moms home was extremely stressful for me and Chris immediately put me at ease and very expertly guided me through the entire process. Chris was very knowledgeable of probate process and when ever someone was needed for cleaning or plumbing or whatever arose, Chris had excellent recommendations and because I live out of town, Chris was always available to handle the process. The house (50+ years old) was listed and sold in 30+ days. I was amazed. I WOULD RECOMMEND CHRIS BARRE AND HIS WIFE CAMILLE ARAGON FOR ANY REAL ESTATE TRANSACTIONS THAT YOU MAY HAVE.. I would give him 10 stars if available.!!!!!!

We worked with Camille and Chris over a period of several months in order to buy our first home. We called them out of the blue and their response was almost immediate. They listened to what we were looking for in a home, and followed up after our first meeting. They started looking at every home in Monterey County until we found the one we were looking for some weeks after the initial meeting. Their commitment, honesty, fast and open communication, and thorough understanding of the process made this real estate transaction an absolute breeze. They kept us in the loop about every detail, followed up with all parties at every turn, and followed up after our transaction was done. I would highly recommend seeking out the professional experience of Camille Aragon and Chris Barre for any real estate related transactions.

My fiance and I were looking for a home for us and our little one the way. We had the privilege of working with Camille and Chris. They were amazing. They gave us the sense of security by being there for us every step of the hard process of buying a house. They treated us as people, not just another sell. They also were always there to answer any questions we had (and there was a lot). Camille and Chris always made us feel that finding our perfect home was a priority. Thanks to Camille and Chris, my fiance and I are in our perfect house and prepared for our little bundle of joy.

We are so blessed to have found Camille and Chris! This was our first home and we didn’t know anything about buying a home or what to do we were not even familiar with the area we were buying in. We discussed with Camille and Chris what her expectations were and they took it to the next level and made things happen. Camille and Chris always made themselves available when we were interested in viewing any home. Camille and Chris were very patient and worked with us at our pace. We always felt like they truly had our best interest at heart. They were very knowledgeable and was able to really break down to the details what they felt about each property we viewed but stood back and really studied “us” to really understand what “we” wanted. I almost feel like the day we walked into “the one” they had already knew we liked it before we even said “let’s put in an offer” They took the time to care and listen and that is what will make them stand out from the rest. Most importantly they helped close when they said they would!!! Win! You could “feel” that they truly cared. Our experience with Chris Barre and Camille Aragon was Outstanding!!! Since we have closed our house in April 2018 we have already shared with many friends and family about our Realtors because we were truly satisfied. If you are looking for Amazing Realtors... look no more!! They are superstars! You will not be disappointed!! We are so blessed to have met them and will definitely be reaching out to them again when we’re ready for home #2! Camille and Chris, Thank you Thank you Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!
