Candice went above and beyond in helping us sell our family home. She was incredibly helpful with advice and insight throughout the process to ensure we maximized the value of our sale. Candice was extremely good at negotiating while communicating between us and buyers to make sure we were comfortable the entire process. Additionally she went above and beyond in helping prepare our home for the sale. I can't recommend her enough!

Let me start by saying that Candice made it happen. She listed and sold my house much quicker than I thought it would happen. She got thousands above the asking price and made it stress free. She is an absolute professional. She is very honest, very nice, very sweet and easy to get along with but she is also a bulldog and knows the business very well, she will fight for you. She definitely goes the extra mile on your behalf to get what you need done as soon as possible. She is very strategic on how to best sell your property and has a great game plan with contingency and back up plans/ideas. Her marketing plans are unlike any realtor I have worked with before. Her open houses were fantastic and well attended. She is always available to talk even if its just to answer the "dumb" questions. She also has a good support team that helps make your life easy, especially when it comes to paperwork. Her team will send you a weekly update and you always know where you stand. I really admire her sense of urgency in which she deals with problems that come up. Buying and selling homes is stressful and I have bought and sold many, but she is definitely the best realtor I have ever worked with. She makes time for you, she listens to you and your concerns, and she is very business savvy and always fights to get you the best deal. She isn't one of those fake realtors that just tells you to lower the price just to sell the house. When she says she wants to get you top dollar, she really strives for it. She saves/makes you money. Candice really has your best interest at heart and takes care of you...With a Smile!!! Thank you very much Candice

Candice made my wife and I feel comfortable with the -sometimes- stressful experience of purchasing a home for the first time. Candice answered all of our questions usually within a few hours and even anticipated some concerns. Even 5 months after moving and settling in to our home, Candice answers our real estate questions as if we were still in the middle of escrow. There are many things to think about when buying a home but with Candice in your corner the only decision you need to worry about is which home is best for you.

Candice is amazing. My husband and I are first time home buyers and the process can be pretty overwhelming - but Candice had our backs! She's not only knowledgeable and professional, but is also extremely patient, kind, and genuine. She goes above and beyond making sure you feel comfortable and supported throughout the whole home-buying experience.

Candice went way beyond what we ever expected and got us everything we wanted for the budget we had. If I ever have to buy or sell again, I wouldn't think about anyone but her. She's amazing at what she does and can answer any question thrown at her. Best in the business.
