My husband and I cannot express how much we adore Carin Miller! We were referred to Carin when we were just beginning to think about selling our south Charlotte home. She was beyond patient as she helped us explore areas around Charlotte and decide what we really wanted. She suggested Belmont – the perfect place for us! She listed our home, got us an offer on the first day, and helped more than I can say as we navigated the sales process. Then it was on to finding the perfect spot in Belmont! Carin stood by me during one of the worst lender experiences she or I had ever seen. They had completely dropped the ball and I went to closing on the date they set and could have walked away without a home. Carin was on it from the start. With her stern yet professional attitude she got me a call with the President of the company and get me compensated. I would recommend Carin to everyone and anyone I know. She’s truly the best.
