Our experience with Carl was great! We were moving and selling from different states and it was our first time selling. Carl made everything so easy. He communicated frequently so that we always felt in the loop. I had several questions throughout the process and felt like I learned a lot as well not just from the process but from Carl’s additional comments and expertise. We recommended him to both neighbors on our way out.

Carl was amazing. We have never sold a home before so we were anxious about the process. He told us exactly what we should do to get the most for our home and we did it. What we sold our home for exceeded all expectations! He was extremely reachable and responded quickly to any questions we had. He guided us through our offers. We put our home on the market and within three weeks we were at closing. I hear horror stories about selling and we experienced none of that! I highly recommend Carl and we will be using his expertise for anytime we buy or sell in the future. Thanks for all of the help Carl!

Carl was better than advertised. Very knowledgeable, skilled in his area of expertise, easy to work with, and an absolute joy to have as my realtor. Helped us navigate buying a brand-new build and all that went with it. Could not recommend him higher and will not work with anyone else. If/when we ever contemplate buying another house & selling this one, Carl’s THE guy. Thanks so much for all your help! It’s always a good day when you see the bow tie!!!!!

This is the second home we have bought with Carl and the first that we have sold. He is the only realtor I will use and I recommend him to anyone in the Cincinnati area. He is down to earth and helps you look at the home for its pros and cons. He will not try to force you to look at things outside your price range and will always advocate to get you the best deal possible. I can’t say enough good things about him and if I buy or sell in the future he will continue to be the only realtor I will use.

Carl went above a beyond for the purchase of our new to us home. With the pressure of the sale of our current residence, it was seem less and any questions were answered immediately. He handled multi offer situations and worked all hours to secure us the best offer and purchase for us.
