Absolutely a go to person to help sell your house/property. Our experience with Carla has been a memorable one. She is very knowlegeable about the ins and outs of the business and will do all it takes to sell. Very ambitious, persistent and daring. She has a tenacity of a mountain goat and excellent in negotiation. She is a good listener and prompt in responding to needs of the buyer and seller.

Carla was wonderful through the home buying experience. She made everything simple and easy for me. I had some credit problems and she was patient and helpful till the end. I would recommend anyone buying or selling a home in the area to use Carla, she’s the best around.

Carla was very helpful during the selling & buying process. She was always willing to address questions/concerns we had with the process. If she wasn't able to answer she would direct us to someone who could assist. Selling & buying a home can be a stressful process and Carla was always positive and upbeat. I would recommend Carla for buying and/or selling a house !!!

As soon as we listed the property with Carla, she had two showings within the first week. One of those ending up buying the house in a lease to purchase agreement which worked out well for all parties involved. Her knowledge and expertise helped to guide us through this process.
