Tiffany gave us one of the best experiences we could have hoped for. She is prompt, polite, honest, courteous, has a great sense of humor, and is very straight forward. She actively kept up on new listings, answered all of our questions even when they required research, and made lots of great suggestions to help us find our way. We were very new and are first time homebuyers and she really helped us learn what we needed to successfully find what we were looking for.

I just closed on a beautiful home in a highly desirable area of Vallejo after finding and selecting Carla as my realtor online. I knew from our first contact that she was the right realtor for me, as she returned my initial emails and calls with interest, optimism, and a sense of priority. After our initial contact, I found Carla to be both thorough, and thoughtful - never feeling pressured or that she was rushing me through any decisions. She took the time to explain everything to me at every step, even repeating with patience anything I did not quite understand right away. Overall, Carla has very good intuition and was a quick study of me for the type of property I sought based on my lifestyle, commute, and amenity preferences. So our searches were focused, resulting in an accepted offer very soon after we began touring the area. Once we were in contract, I traveled frequently for work, and it was necessary for Carla to meet with family members to keep the transaction moving smoothly, and everyone loved her. With her help, I was able to negotiate a fair price, and a smooth closing to the satisfaction of everyone. So if you are looking in Vallejo, which is still a great, and affordable option in the Bay Area, I cannot recommend Carla enough as a specialist of the city and surrounding area. She will bring excellent customer service, careful due diligence, and compassion to your search. Happy house hunting!
