You could not find a better realtor than Carlos. He was recommended to me because he is aggressive and would do whatever it took to serve his customers. Even after this reference, Carlos blew us away with his commitment to helping us. I cannot think of another realtor that would outperform Carlos. If he is your real estate agent, you won't regret it.

Carlos is the best! I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy a home and to help navigate the process. He answered any questions we had, moved very fast and efficiently, and he made it easy for us to concentrate on finding the home that WE wanted. He has connections with lenders, other agents, and so many people that when we needed something he always had contacts. I’d say he is available 24/7 because he calls, texts, emails and gets back to you instantly! Carlos also had backup plans -he would come back with ways we could remedy the problem in order for us to move forward. Plus, he cares about you and your family. Easy choice in my opinion. We would use him again and recommend him to all our family and friends in Georgia!!!

Carlos did a fantastic job. His marketing was unmatched! He sold our house in a week. You don't find agents with his professional, positive attitude very often. He showed up at our FSBO open house and I knew he was the one.
