Carly helped our family purchase a second home in Kure Beach, NC. She had excellent knowledge of the area and was able to answer any and questions we had. We looked at numerous homes over the course of several weeks, and Carly was extremely patient throughout the entire process. She was extremely responsive and helpful during the time we worked together. We would highly recommend Carly to anyone looking to purchase a home in the Wilmington area. Buying a home is overwhelming and usually the largest purchase anyone can plan on making. With that said, you really need an expert to assist in all areas. Choosing the right person is also not easy, because you really never know what kind of experience you'll have. I'm no exception and can have high expectations, but Carly delivered in every way. She helped us purchase a second home in Carolina Beach, which we are so excited about. She was a wealth of knowledge, knew the market, completely transparent and honest, but most importantly VERY responsive. Carly was great, start to finish and went above any expectations we had. We will definitely work with her again! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

My experience with Carly was nothing short of perfect. She was always there to consult or ask any question I had quickly, intelligently and confidently. We had a small incident that she handled immediately, to our amazement and the outcome was much better than expected. Her knowledge of the entire process made us feel confident that we were making the right decisions. I wish I knew more people who were in need of her services, I can't wait to recommend her to anyone looking for a home.

We love our home. We know we got a super sweet deal. And we know we wouldn't have gotten it without Carly. We were among those who offered on a short sale on Queen Street at the end of this spring. We're not developers. Not flippers. We just wanted a home in this cool, historic stretch four blocks from the mighty Cape Fear River. It was such a good deal, mainly because of neglect and renters with dogs who had made a odorous mess of the home. It was so overgrown outside, but once you looked past the mess inside, you could see how solid it was. We saw what it could be. So did Carly. Then came three months of ups and downs, surprises and seemingly impossible hurtles to get the title clear and get the property ready for closing. She stayed right after it. Always upbeat and confident. She never missed a call or email or text. She'd prod here, ask questions there, pleasantly but firmly nurturing it along. Because of her steadiness, my bank extended the rate lock-in significantly, saving us tons of money over the next decades. Carly brought so many personal touches. She reminded me of the character Deets in "Lonesome Dove." "Cheerful in all weathers. Never shirked a task. Splendid behavior." If you had been there, you would've said, 'no way that's going to happen.' But it did, at 318 Queen Street. Some of my friends who know the real estate market here are amazed it happened like it did and, especially, at the price we paid. We love our home. And Carly.
