I was in a very difficult situation. The market was starting to change. Interest rates were starting to rise. The days of multiple offers above asking were over. In this environment, I found my dream home outside of my local area. I wasn’t anticipating selling my home of 27 years and was unprepared for what lay ahead. I asked Carol to be my selling agent as well as handle my purchase. We were able to purchase the house of my dreams just below the asking price on a contingency…when contingency offers were non-existent in the marketplace. I needed to have my house in escrow within 21 days. My deposit would be non-refundable after 28 days. I was out of town when we went into escrow. Carol leapt into action and made things happen. My purchase offer was accepted on Friday. I returned home on Sunday. Monday, Carol had the house professionally staged. Tuesday the pictures were taken, Wednesday was the Brokers open, Thursday we had inspections. Friday and Saturday the finishing touches were done on the house and flyers were printed, repairs made, etc. Sunday was the open house. Carol sold the house the first weekend, significantly over asking and at the highest price ever for my neighborhood. With regard to my purchase, Carol made a difficult situation very doable. My purchase was out of the Bay Area. There were a lot of complications dealing with a purchase where we were reliant on people we didn’t know or have worked with previously. Carol was on top of the purchase every step of the way. She was able to work with the sellers and their agent to get me the best price possible. Fortunately for me, Carol’s professionalism and experience made the sale of my longtime home and the purchase of my dream home an extremely positive experience.

Carol checks all of the boxes that you would expect with a highly-rated professional: knowledgeable, proactive, detail-oriented, highly energetic, deft negotiator, always has her client's back. It is in several other areas where she excels that really set her apart from other agents with whom I have worked. She has an unerring eye for the small things that most, even those who do real estate for a living, wouldn't catch. She pointed out several really important details in the property I purchased that I would have completely missed. This gave me time to consider whether I really wanted to make an offer, and when I did it provided negotiating power. Also, when you hire Carol, it's not just "got you the house, see ya later". She has a wide network of outstanding professionals in many different areas. She has been out to the property at least four times with members of her team since the close helping me with expert advice on design, remodeling, safety issues, and more. She has helped me make some great decisions, and avoid what would have been some really stupid mistakes. Bottom line, Carol will be a relentless searcher for the right house for you, she is a masterful negotiator, She is there for you after the close, and she has a professional-level eye for design. The whole package!

Carol was amazing. She was totally engaged and helpful throughout the entire process. She was very professional and responsive to all of our needs. She sold our house quickly and made the process seamless. Her entire team was first rate!

Carol is a gem. She cares about her clients and wants to make sure they find the right house. Besides Carol's expertise in the Marin market, she has an amazing knowledge of local resources. She is my 'go-to' person when I need a vendor to fix or create. Carol also has an amazing sense of design. I recommend her without hesitancy. You will enjoy working with her besides benefiting from her wealth of knowledge.

Carol is amazing in every way. She is incredibly knowledgeable, efficient, savvy, resourceful and caring. She made the process fun and we thoroughly enjoyed working with her. She is generous with her time and still checks in with us to make sure we are happy. Always love hearing from her and hearing her delightful voice.
