Carol was incredible. She was the most helpful and responsive realtor you could ask for. If you want to buy in the lakes region or southern maine area there’s no better person to deal with than Carol. She was insightful and helpful the whole way. Highly recommend her, you cannot go wrong.

If I could give Carol 10 stars I would! I had contacted her out of the blue based on her good ratings (and the quantity of ratings) on Zillow, wanting to view some homes in the area. Carol got back to me right away, scheduled showings of the properties, was super responsive, helpful, informative and fun. She handled all the bumps in the road that came with working with my out-of-state mortgage company, was on top of all the details and timeline, put me in touch with great people for inspections, title and all. You can't go wrong with Carol - she's a pro!

Carol Chaffee was our advocate from the very beginning. She was interested what we thought our property was worth (a previous realtor suggested we list it for $20,000 less), and as Carol predicted and assured us, appraisals confirmed our decision. Because she was on top of local appraisals, her guidance was effective. Carol seemed to be ahead of the process and on top of it when necessary. She didn’t overwhelm us, but did what she could do behind the scenes and communicated with us, and coached us, every step of the way right through our closing. She was always available through text, email, and phone, and responded almost immediately whenever we had a question or concern. She also guided us through some challenging negotiations, keeping her cool, calm composure, even when we didn’t. She provided us with helpful information, and coached us to gather our own information, tools critical to any successful negotiation.
