Carol is a very hard worker and has her client's best interest in mind at all times. She worked hard on my deal when I know there wasn't much money to by made for her side. She will go all out for the client no matter the size of the real estate deal. I feel very lucky to have had Carol working on my side during the purchase of my properties.

Although I negotiated the sale, Carol very expertly and quickly drew up a Colorado Real Estate Contract for both the buyer and myself as seller, dispersed all of the paperwork by email for further agreements and signatures, and handled everything with the Title Insurance company. Once everything was set in motion, all I really had to do was follow the process and wait for the final settlement to be wired to my account! I was impressed and appreciative of the time Carol initially took with me to talk me through my options, the current value of my land, and the steps of the process which helped me in negotiating the sale. ANY questions I had were answered either by phone or email, immediately. Everything about the process felt easy, and Carol was integral to that. I highly recommend this very warm, encouraging, and highly professional Pagosa Springs real estate agent to anyone wanting to buy or sell their property!
