Carole stepped in and helped us when another realtor was not responding to our phone calls in the midst of title issues with a property we had under contract. Although that seller was unable to give clear title and we lost that house, Carole has been extremely responsive to our request to look at other houses. We have not found "just" the house we are looking for, but we could not ask for a more masterful professional. Carole has become someone we look forward to seeing each time we look for houses. She is a warm, caring person that we are pleased to call our friend, not just our realtor. We especially appreciate Carole's willingness to accept the difficult task of helping us find the "perfect" house on a less than ample budget!! We highly recommend Carole to anyone ready to list or buy, she's the best!

Carole takes a 'matter of fact' approach to her work. Her experience shows in her clear direction toward getting the property matched with a buyer. She works hard and is immediately responsive by phone when needed. If I sell another property, I will be calling Carole Cook.

outstanding knowledge of our neighborhood in Carrollton, GA and prices of the homes that sold. She sold our home so quick for a good price for the area. Very helpful in staging our home for a quick sale.Very professional We would highly recommend her to any person buying or selling a home.

We used Carole as our agent for our house in Bowdon. She was very knowledgeable -- answered all our questions promptly and courteously. She knows a lot about the Bowdon/Carrollton area and is quick to share her knowledge. She is extremely responsive to questions and queries. We have recommended her to a friend who is looking to buy real estate, and as far as I know, our friend is extremely happy with Carole. I know that Carole has done a lot of research for her, and is working hard to find just the right property for them. On a personal note, she is a very sweet lady, the kind you are happy to know.
