Caroline has been a phenomenal partner for us, both when we bought our property in Redwood Shores back in 2013 and again as we just sold it in 2024. She had also collaborated with and guided us when we were briefly in the market to potentially purchase a property in the Hillsborough and Burlingame areas. Caroline brings that immense knowledge of the real estate landscape in the Peninsula, informed by having grown up in the area. She’s such a wonderful and pleasant person who has become a friend while also being a neighbor in the Shores. Caroline has longstanding relationships with several of her staff and other facilitators such as at the title company and all that makes for a smooth transaction. She puts one at ease about the entire process and helps the buyers or sellers navigate the process step by step. Her communication is prompt, crisp, timely, and reassuring. My wife and I would highly recommend Caroline for any realtor needs in the Peninsula!

We just bought our home with Caroline. This is the 2nd home we've bought with Caroline. Like like the previous time, the entire team made this such a smooth experience. Caroline knows literally everyone in Bay Area real estate community. Her connections are very helpful. She knew almost every agent, and every agent, at any open house we went to, knew Caroline. Her estimates on what the houses would sell for were very accurate. She really knows this market. Anyone who has been through this process knows that the real work starts when you decide to put down an offer. Caroline's team really held our hand through the entire process - with emails, texts, checklists, loan underwriting, helping us understand the disclosures. They were working around the clock with us. Even after closing, Caroline has been there for us. She shared her list of contractors (GCs, gardeners etc.) affordable places to buy materials etc. and is always there to offer her advice! We love everyone on the team not just for Caroline's connections in the Real Estate industry, but also for all the extra touches- the gifts and the emails and the checklists. We felt so heard and understood. We would work with Caroline again in a heartbeat!

In such a stressful period, with everything I had going on, from my initial meeting with Caroline, being introduced to her staff, and all of their contractors, I could not have asked for an easier home sale. During COVID times, when contractors were busy, she had her stable of people to do flooring, painting, and cleaning. Everyone was a joy to work with. 3 months later - almost to the day - I was signing my side of the closing papers. If you are selling your home in the Bay Area, you owe it to yourself to at least talk with her. I was skeptical at how easy she was saying things would be, but I was wrong.

Caroline is THE real estate agent to work with! Her knowledge of the market and inventory is amazing and a huge advantage for her clients. She is so experienced and tirelessly advocates for her clients for the best value. I just worked with Caroline to purchase a home in Redwood Shores and would absolutely work with her again + absolutely recommend her for any buyer or seller! Caroline is also so pleasant, kind, thoughtful and caring about her clients.
