My husband and I just bought our first home using Carrie and cannot be more pleased. As first time home buyers you have no clue what to expect and she was with us every step of the way and was really patient with us. She also made sure all parties from inspectors, lenders, attorneys and sellers team were all in the same page so the process was very smooth. She kept us relaxed and made it happen for us and we highly recommend using Carrie!

When we recently sold our home in Bolingbrook and we loved working with Carrie!!! She was knowledgeable, kind, patient and professional. I'm a first time home buyer, and for starters I had an bad experience with the first realtor I dealt with, Carrie Jass was Highly recommended to me by one of my friends at work. I hesitated on calling her at first because I was still a little shaken up from the previous person, but I picked up the phone one day and called, I mean this woman is amazing just one call and she had me set up on an agenda that would eventually land me in a new home. she treated us like family a key thing that me and family will never forget my kids still ask about her today. her patience, knowledge, and commitment to get us into a home we were happy with is the reason why my life has changed dramatically. Carrie was amazing to deal with as we relocated to the Chicago area. She was always attentive to what we needed in a house and went above and beyond finding it, and continued communication even after the process was finalized to ensure all was good. I would give 10 stars if it was available.
