From the first phone call I made to Carrie, she was knowledgeable and eager to help us sell our family property in Cripple Creek. Her knowledge of the area and process was paramount in making this a successful transaction. We live in New Mexico and were able to take care of everything via phone calls and electronic transactions. Everything was on time and Carrie was very good at keeping us informed of what to expect. Her follow up phone call to us after the closing was complete was most welcomed. She let us know that everything was complete and that funding was successful. Carrie did an awesome job! She guided me through a lot of issues and kept the property repairs on track as I live 850 miles away. I'm very grateful she took on this and help me the way she did. Great experience in selling my house — Carrie Miller is professional, down to earth, realistic and great to work with. She gave me good referrals for work I needed done and was always available to answer questions. Way, way better than two previous experiences I had with realtors.

Carrie is the best realtor we have worked with. She really knows the market and our property sold quickly. She responds quickly and keeps you posted on every step of the process of selling. Add to that she is genuine and has a friendly, personable demeanor. We would definitely work with her again.
