Mr. Stewart was prompt, knowledgeable professional and accessible. Mr. Stewart and his team met the impossible demand of having repairs and staging completed on my home in 1 1/2 weeks to get it prepared for sale. I travel frequently for work, so Mr. Stewart and his team made sure that the projected timeline for completion of said projects remained on track despite my absence at times. After the home was prepared for sale, Mr. Stewart’s knowledge of the market as well as previous sales in my area, helped him to list my property at a competitive and fair sale point. Real estate agents can often be labeled as less than truthful, or only preoccupied with getting the most money for a property even at the loss of integrity. That ideology or label does not apply to Mr. Stewart and his team. Mr. Stewart listed the home and utilized the open house approach for a specified number of hours over a two day period. He was very conscious of Covid regulations and made the effort to not inconvenience me in my home for an extended period of time with showings. Due to Mr. Stewart’s suggested repairs and staging of the home, I was able to sell the property 3 days after it was listed for sale. I received 5% over the asking price with no contingencies. In addition to the sale of my property, Mr. Stewart facilitated the purchase of a new construction home as my next purchase. Without Mr. Stewart’s aggressive and knowledgeable approach to the new construction process/arena, I may have missed out on my forever home. I HIGHLY recommend Mr. Stewart and his company for any and all of your real estate needs. The professionalism, care and attention Mr. Stewart provided was second to none.

This was our 2nd time working with Cedric, a.k.a - the magic man. He had previously helped us purchase our first home back in 2016. This time around he was helping us sell our first home as well as buy our new home - BOTH AT THE SAME TIME! There aren't enough good things to say about Cedric and his work ethic, his expertise, his knowledge, and his personality. As soon as we started the process to buy and sell, Cedric went above and beyond to help us find our dream home and put our mind at ease about selling our current home. He was there at each prospective home we wanted to see, walking us through the home and sharing his thoughts on every question/every query we asked. He treats you like family and will speak his mind (if you ask for his opinion). That is one quality we feel that makes him stand above the rest. He is polite and does not play favorites. He is always looking out for his customers and helps them see things that they might usually miss (chalk that up to his 20 years of experience and expertise). He is extremely diligent and is methodical in his approach. He never misses a deadline and always ensures that all his paperwork and processes are in order and beyond immaculate. He has excellent interpersonal skills and is an excellent negotiator that makes working with him a pleasure and a breeze. We cannot thank him enough for helping us through this difficult, life changing process and making it look so effortless and seamless. THANK YOU, THANK YOU!!

I cannot thank Cedric enough for helping my partner and I navigate through the arduous NACA process and purchase our home in record time. He is extremely knowledgeable about the market, was always very responsive to our needs, and consistently looked out for our best interests. I highly recommend Cedric.

Cedric was a Godsend! He was an amazing realtor! We worked with him for two years. We started looking for a home and decided to wait. When we decided to look again he was just as enthusiastic to help us in our home search. He was prompt in helping us look for our homes and used his expertise to guide and consult our needs. Even after we decide to walk away from a home, he provided all of the options and consequences. Afterwards we decide to continue looking for a home immediately and Cedric was sending homes to us within days. He is professional, prompt and very knowledge about the home buying process. He was a great comfort in the closing process! Even after we moved in, he was available for questions that we had. I highly recommend Cedric to guide you through your home buying process!

We were so happy to have gotten to work with Cedric! He came to us highly recommended. He and his team were a very good match for us. We'd never sold a house before, had to move in a hurry for a new job, and have a toddler - overwhelming. We were very intimidated by all we had to do, but everything worked out perfectly. We found a house we love, quickly, and we sold our old house in a week! He offered us incredibly useful advice about how to prepare our home to go on the market, and it clearly paid off. We couldn't be happier.
