My experience was great. They found us the perfect duplex (and we were picky about having separate gas/electric meters, etc.) and always responded quickly to texts!

Chad was my primary point person when I purchased my home. He was great, no pressure, but always gave me honest advice. He never tried to make something that I didn't like 'fit' me. When it came time to negotiate Chad played a great game - he went to bat for me and got us a great deal! Jen was a behind-the-scenes wizard - keeping me up to date on all the recent listings that matched my (pretty specific) wish lists: old, AC, hardwood floors. She also made sure that Chad always had as much info about a property before we went and saw anything. Those 'cheat sheets' helped us all out, and I've been happy in my old house (with AC and hardwood floors) for 3 years. Thanks guys!

We worked with Chad and Jen a few years ago when they helped us look for a new home. They were very easy to work with and showed us exactly the types of homes we were looking for, in the budget we were looking for. The thing I liked best about working with the Claybaughs was their no pressure philosophy. When it came time to make an offer on a home and go through the closing process, they were there every step of the way, helping us negotiate with the sellers and giving us valuable advice and tips of things to watch out for. We will definitely be back the next time we are ready to buy or sell.
