Chanel helped my fiance and I buy our first home. The market is so competitive that we had to hunt for months, but Chanel was masterfully patient and helpful every step of the way. With Chanel's advice, we stuck to our guns after getting outbid on a few offers and finally found the PERFECT home for us - it's everything we were looking for and I'm so glad that we didn't get impatient and buy the wrong house. Chanel is very knowledgable, easy to work with, and a joy to spend time with - I could not give her a higher recommendation.

My wife and I really enjoyed working with Chanel to purchase our first home. She was friendly, responsive, and knew our target areas well. She was great at scheduling times to tour houses that met our priorities and fit with our added challenges of bringing a newborn around and managing restrictions during the pandemic. She gave great advice, honest assessments about properties, and was an excellent resource during the negotiation and closing period. We highly recommend Chanel for your home buying needs and would go to her in the future if we were looking to buy again.

Chanel is great! We met her through a showing we requested on another realty app and from there she stuck with us through months of showings, changed directions, wildfires, a pandemic, navigating selling and buying a home that was contingent on the sale of our current home at the time. It was a lot, but she helped us stay grounded throughout it all and ultimately ended up in our dream home, one that we never saw as attainable for us. Her advice was great while also being upfront when posed with a question she didn’t have the expertise to answer. Cases of the latter were few and far between but those times she was prompt to put us in contact with the right people or get us the answer herself. We were nervous buying and selling at the same time since it was our first time purchasing with a contingent offer, she made it painless and we would absolutely recommend her to others looking for someone knowledgeable and trustworthy.
