My sister and I decided to start a home buying process about December 2020, we wanted to stay in our favorable area at the budget we needed, through our searching online we ran into Chardae (best thing ever). I would have to say we probably weren’t her easiest clients, especially with us being first time buyers, but she handled every step of the way with such class, professionalism and understanding. Chardae is absolutely wonderful to work with. It’s like having a friend on the “inside” that is working for you. She really cares about her clients through and after the home buying process. Buying a home isn’t a short process and it can have its bumps down the road, but having someone like Chardae by your side makes the process much easier and less stressful. I definitely recommend Chardae if you’re on the market to sell or buy, she’s someone you want by your side.

Chardae came highly recommended by a good friend of mine and she did not disappoint. She was on the job right away with helping me find a home. Friendly, professional and quick to respond. It has been a pleasure working with Chardae.

As a licensed agent myself, Chardae was going to have to meet some pretty high expectations. Never once did she disappoint… Communication was stellar, from response time to getting back to us on more challenging questions. Chardae was always available and heard all our concerns and wishes from our perspective. Definitely put our interests ahead of her own! Chardae all the way!
