Working with Charles was an absolute pleasure! He was personable, knowledgeable, and professional throughout the whole home-buying experience. As a first-time home buyer, everything felt overwhelming at first, but after connecting and consulting with Charles, buying a home was a piece of cake! He gave us every ounce of attention to answer any question or concern we had. We will be recommending him to everyone and anyone searching for a home.

I am floored by how easy our first-time home buying process was in a very tough market. I believe that it was so easy because we chose Charles as our real estate agent. Not only was the market tough, but we were in a position in which we had to view houses virtually from out of state with little to no local knowledge. Charles always provided as much information as possible, conducted himself in an ethical manner, and was highly responsive to texts and emails. I am confident that he acted with our best in mind and was incredibly honest throughout each step. He provided us with quality referrals and suggestions. He really went above and beyond in every step to helping us get the house we were looking for. As first time home buyers we had lots of questions but Charles treated us as if we were his only clients and was super helpful every step of the way without pressuring us in any way. A master negotiator, with a wealth of knowledge who is eager to help with all things real estate. We think highly of Charles and 100% recommend him to everyone.

Charles did an amazing job representing us on the sale of our home. He was incredibly knowledgeable every step of the way and fought for us. We didn’t dream we could get as much as we did for the house. He priced it right from the beginning and was a masterful negotiator. 100% would recommend.

Charles is a great real estate salesman!! Sold our home quick and was very helpful throughout the entire process! Would highly recommend!! We just closed today and it’s only been on the market for about a month and half
