Charlie Lutz is amazing! We have used him twice, he found our first home on Devisscher and when we were ready to move we knew to call him! He sold our home in less than 24 hours. Also, on the the first day of looking for our new home, he helped us find in that day. He makes buying a home fun and easy. We recommended him to everyone! Thank you so much! He's amazing! I've used him, and friends have used him, to sell their houses or to buy a house and everyone has had a good experience.. Houses do not languish on the market when Charlie is selling them. He finds great properties, within budget, if you are looking to buy. In our most recent experience, he sold a house for us and got $8,000 over the asking price, which we already considered generous. It was on the market for a whole three days!

I called Charlie & Crystal when I was in the very beginning stages of thinking of putting my St. Clair Shores home up for sale (downsizing/empty nest move). Charlie fit me right in his schedule to assess my home and immediately gave me the price he believed it would sell for. I took many months to get the house ready to go up for sale and Charlie kept in touch just checking in to see if i had questions, etc. He was very honest & helpful about what updates to make or not make on the house before listing it. I was finally ready in May of 2017 to list the house and Charlie got the house listed for a bit more than he initially said it would sell for - only because I was hoping to get a bit more. After about 3 weeks we reduced the price to what Charlie originally thought it would sell for and within days (hours?) it sold. But when it came time to look for my new house was when Charlie showed what made he & Crystal stand out. We looked at more houses than I care to remember (and many I hope to soon forget) but Charlie was patient and always walking that fine line of suggesting properties while letting me call the shots in what we looked at (I was big into researching homes, so I often sent him my own listings to consider). I finally found a house I love & I've now closed on both home homes and await moving into my new, smaller home. Charlie has been there every step and has been honest and helpful - never pushing me toward a property or area. I would highly recommend Charlie & Crystal to anyone thinking of listing their property or anyone looking for a place to live in Metro Detroit.
