First spoke with Charles over a month ago. He told me a listing would become available in the coming weeks, and he would let me know when the application process opened. Tried following up multiple times. Eventually found the listing on my own, was first to apply, and tried following up again at that point. Did not hear anything back. Reached out AGAIN and got a response that the listing I had applied for was no longer available. He then told me a separate listing was still available, but all sources display this listing as being off the market/unavailable. Not sure if he just doesn't care about rentals, or has been super busy, but I can assure you this man has not been the least bit helpful in my search for a new home. He even tried to tell me we had a conversation that never occurred, and stopped responding when I pointed out that the conversation he remembered would have been impossible because I worked a 14 hour shift that day. I get being busy/mixing up clients, but good lord.

Charles and Kristina were excellent. We sold our house super fast and no problems. Very smooth transaction. Would definitely use them in the future and highly recommend!

Due to legal issues our property was tough to sell. Charles tirelessly kept up the fight and got the job done. Lost deals and upset potential buyers made for hard times and uncomfortable conversations but he stuck by me.

Kristina and Charles were right on with their knowledge of the area and created a quick sale of my property. They were always available and very helpful throughout the entire process. al hess
