Very understanding regarding my home needs such as size of lot, layout of the property and size and style of home. Our search covered almost three years and numerous properties. Chere was patient and persistent in reviewing homes for me. Since this was an out-of-state transaction, Chere was timely and honest in her reviews of potential properties. I appreciate her sticking with the search until we found the right home.

Chere made a point to respond promptly to all our needs. We had a very specific type of house we needed and a low budget in which to accomplish all our needs. With every house we had to act fast and I cannot stress how accommodating she was. We will definitely recommend her to our friends.
