Christopher is very personable, responsive and knowledgeable. He provided excellent guidance regarding improvements and target selling price based upon his knowledge of the market. He answered all questions we had in detail and made us very comfortable with the entire process. Finally, he was able to obtain an initial offer in 16 days and secured the final offer 7 days later. I would highly recommend Chris and would not hesitate to use him in the future.

We were looking to move back home to the Cleveland area after being away for 32 years. I identified Chris by searching for area realtors. From being out of town, we needed to find a realtor that would address our needs and look out for what we wanted. So no more, Chris was THE realtor! His calm straight-forward demeanor was what we needed. Our first visit was to narrow down the types of communities and it took just one visit to do so. Why? Because Chris listened. He provided ample options for us to consider. He again, listened to what we wanted and showed us properties that were in our budget. He had us consider the different areas relative to access to family members in different parts of northeast Ohio. He knows the market and the current selling/buying climate. Chris' communication was clear and VERY prompt. So, if you are in need of a realtor in the Cleveland area, look no further! Thanks Chris!!!

Chris helped us buy AND sell our first home. He was able to find us an incredible home in a very competitive market and get us an amazing deal on it as well. He is super responsive, proactive, and professional. Chris makes sure to put his client's interests first and he makes buying/selling a house an easy and enjoyable experience.

As a first time home buyer I couldn't have been in more capable hands. I spoke to several realtors while blindly making inquiries about properties, but I knew Chris was going to be THE realtor less than a minute into the conversation. The relaxed but informative manner in which he answered my questions (All 60ish of them) convinced me he could guide me through the biggest purchase of my life. I THOUGHT I knew what I wanted, but after looking at just a few houses, frankly I was questioning everything including my very existence. Chris was the voice of reason even when it wasn't exactly what I wanted to hear. When I decided to make an offer at 6 p.m., he had it in by 10 p.m. I had a 60 day close and he was available the entire time for anything from a simple question to a full melt down. I like to believe him when he says I wasn't a high maintenance client. If I was though, I wouldn't know because he's that good at what he does.

This is the 2nd real estate transaction I have done with Christopher and both went very smooth. Highly recommended for business. There is a lot of work when selling or buying a house and I am glad I didnt have to do it!! Thanks Chris great job!
