We really enjoyed working with Chris while we were looking for a home. Chris is extremely responsive. He answered all of our questions in a timely fashion, was very good about tracking down answers to more detailed questions from the seller, and always did what he promised. He proactively showed us listings that he thought we might be interested in based on the criteria we outlined to him. He has a very thorough knowledge of the home buying process and made sure that we hit all our necessary milestones once our offer was accepted. Chris was very helpful in referring us to an excellent mortgage broker and real estate lawyer. Overall, he made our home buying process as smooth and painless as possible and we would work with him again.

Chris is the best realtor I have ever dealt with. I would highly recommend him to any and all friends and family. I cannot say enough good things about him. He went above and beyond every step of the way, never giving up, always working in our best interest. He was consistently one step ahead when it came to negotiating, resolving any issues regarding communication with the sellers, the lawyer, even dealing with the local building department on our behalf. His time management skills are superior to anyone I've worked with. He was extremely responsive at all hours of the day when you needed him via email, phone calls and text. If I could give him a ranking higher than 5 stars, I would. He is truly exceptional at his job. The best decision I ever made, was the day I submitted that Zillow request to speak with him after getting nowhere for almost a year, and even that, he responded within minutes. Thanks again Chris!

Chris sold my house very quickly! His communication is excellent! He kept me updated every step of the way and we closed effectively. He gets you from listing to closing as expeditiously as possible! Thank you Chris and I will recommend you to everyone I know!

Chris was great in finding a new home for us and helping us negotiate a price we were happy with. He got right back to us on any questions we had and most importantly was very honest with us on the pros and cons of the home we ended up buying. One example was at one point we thought we were going to have to pay to switch out our oil tank and Chris let us know how we would potentially be liable and he did not recommend it. He made sure to get us an environmental consultant to come out and have a look and made sure we understood that risk the entire time. Our lawyer agreed with Chris and insisted we do not pay for that ourselves. In the end it was a load of our mind and everything turned out great. He is definitely someone to trust with such an important decision and we would recommend to anyone.

Buying a home is stressful! The entire process was made so much easier thanks to Chris's patience and knowledge. It is easy to get frustrated, especially in this market, but Chris guided and encouraged us along the way - bringing us to our dream home. Chris explained every step of the process to us - and made us feel at ease. We could not have done it without him!
