My favourite thing that Nick brought to our interaction was a vested interest in our well being when selecting and buying a home. He was very knowledgeable about what to avoid, pointed us to listing based on our preferences, and during the home buying process he made every effort to advocate on our behalf to the sellers, to title, and everyone involved. Any time something came up (as complications always do), I knew Nick was going to get right in front of the problem. 10/10 will work with him again

I was very lucky that Zillow recommended sierra to me. She works with integrity and great knowledge. Sierra made the process easy and was very responsive to all parties involved in the transaction. Best part of it all is she has great negotiating skills. Sierra was able to negotiate the sales price and credits into my closing. Great job, attentive, responsive very easy to work with and communication is always on point. I saw a house I liked, Lorenzo was the first to reach out, went to go look at it everything checked all of my boxes so we submitted an offer right way and it got accepted and we managed to close on the house. he made the process very streamlined and easy. Overall great guy to work with.
