I hired Chris Holko to sell my house in Sun City Center because he had numerous five-star reviews. I was not disappointed. Chris was professional, kind, helpful, and patient. He answered my many calls, text messages, and emails immediately. Also, when he first walked through the house, he noticed an issue in the garage and unplugged the appliance. I later learned from a repairman that had Chris not done so, it would have caught fire and who knows the damage it would have done to the house. I've hired many realtors in my life and Chris is by far the best. I highly recommend him!

I was very lucky to get connected with Steve. He did amazing work. He was professional, prompt, and made you feel very comfortable with working with him. As a first time home buyer, it was very intimidating and I also had a lot that I was not educated in. Steve took the time to not only help me search for a home, but also teach me about the process. I Highly recommend Steve

We were very happy with the service that Chris provided. We are from Canada and he did everything for us remotely while still giving us the personal touch when we were there looking at homes. He followed up on several items that we did not even consider to make sure everything went smoothly. He made sure that our sale went through without a hitch even when we had problems from the sellers side. He knows the area and is familiar with problems that may occur in the homes we were viewing. He is also a great all around guy and someone I can call my friend. Thanks Chris !!

My wife and I recently purchased a condo in St. Pete Beach with the help of Chris Holko, and it couldn’t have gone more smoothly. Chris was knowledgeable and gave us sound advice on the current market conditions, acted quickly, and made us feel confident and secure throughout the entire process. Due to Chris's negotiation skills, we were able to purchase a great property within our budget. I would highly recommend Chris Holko to anyone thinking of buying or selling a home.

Chris is a very knowledgeable person about the market and rates. He assisted us in buying a house and he was able to show us different houses that would fall in our budget and was patient with us and understood our likes and what we were looking for in a house and answered all the questions we had. He was on time for all the showings and told us about the pros and cons of the house and let us decide on it and helped us with the lenders and paperwork until our closing date and we are glad that he made the whole process go smoothly without any problems. We would highly recommend him.
