Chris was great! We looked at dozens and dozens of houses in several different beaches before making a decision. Chris remained patient and dedicated. He even took us in and out of houses with a broken foot! He knows all of the pros and cons of the different areas, listens to the likes and wants of his customer, gave good advice and was willing to take the time to make sure we saw all we needed to make this monumental decision. Thanks to Laurie as well. She always helped if Chris was unavailable.

Chris helped educate us to find the best place for us. Showed us all around Oak Island and explained all our options. Very happy with a new beach home.

Chris was extremely knowledgeable of the OKI area and put us in touch with the builder who put our house together. We are remote buyers and he took care of all the local processes for us. We have already recommended Chris to one of our friends.
