On short notice (the same day) we requested a showing of a home. Chris replied and we were in the home within 3 hours. He possessed a full knowledge of the home and the area it was located. He seems very reputable, honest and he was a pleasure to talk with.

I would like to share our recent experience with Chris Price. He was referred to us by Bonnie Price and she was referred to us by a very good friend of ours. We met Chris in November 2014 to get his opinion of our mom's house and yard and what the market was like to put her house on the market in the spring of 2015. We put her house on the market with Chris in early May 2015 and within 7 days had a sales contract. Chris was aware of our situation with our mom and our being out of state. He went above and beyond his duties to make sure we understood the market, pricing, marketing the property and what our expectations should be. We wanted to price the house fairly and with the buyer knowledge knowing it was cared for by the original homeowner for 25 years. Chris was outstanding! He not only was professional in handling our requests and the sale but was very personable, caring, understanding and kept in touch during the entire process from the beginning of putting the house on the market to end of the closing of the sale in June. I would recommend him without hesitation to be your realtor knowing that he would treat you as well as he treated our family during this time in our lives with our mom. Chris Price is a very diligent, hard working and honest real-estate agent in Venice, FL. <br/><br/>He knows the gulf coast market and was able to help us zero in on the neighborhood and particular homes with our must have items.<br/><br/>Closing was a breeze and my wife and I would highly recommend him as a buyers agent.<br/><br/>Thanks again Chris!

I have worked with Chris on purchasing and selling a home. He does a very professional job and I enjoy doing business with him. He has a lot of knowledge and is always willing to pursue and provide information when asked. I would highly recommend Chris as your Realtor.

Chris went above and beyond any realtor I have ever worked with to get the deal that we were looking for. He is sharp as a tack at what he does in the Venice area. He has a pleasant smile that could light up a room. He steered us towards an excellent attorney for closing and every suggestion from him was a home run. If we decide to upgrade in the area in a few years, he will be our first call. His cell number remains in my phone for future use or a get together for dinner.
