Chris was very knowledgeable when it came to selling our home. He knew the area and came prepared to our first meeting with comps and info. He actually sold our home within a day with multiple offers. He was very accessible through the whole process. My wife and I highly recommend Chris!

I can't say enough to express how wonderful Chris is as a Realtor. He was recommended to me by a friend that I greatly respect as someone who would take care of me during the process of buying a home. Chris told me that he would always respond to any question or concern I had and he followed through with that process. He knows the market, is open and honest and will tell you if he thinks a home is the right for for you and your situation. Since I bought my dream home I've recommended him to two other people. One a personal friend who's Mom was relocating to Birmingham and the other a work associate that was also relocating to the city. They all have the same things to say that I do about Chris. Not only did he take care of going to battle for me while I was working out of town but he also helped me with items that I needed resolved after I purchase the home. He is the best and I will continue to recommend him to anyone I meet that is looking for a home in the Greater Birmingham market.

Chris made everything simple and took the stress out of purchasing a home. What sets Chris apart from other realtors is his respsonsiveness. He always answered my calls or returned them in the next five minutes. If you want a responsive, hardworking and knowledgeable agent then Chris Walker is your guy.

Couldn't be happier with Chris's work. He put the work in needed to get my house sold when I was worried no one was interested. Completely honest with me throughout the process and never more than a phone call or email away. Highly recommended
