Chris Young of King & Associates Real Estate is the most amazing agent! He is very passionate about his job. He is knowledgable, professional, and treats his clients like family. Chris makes complicated real estate transactions close with ease. He has incredible communication and leadership skills that makes him very likable. His tenure in the real estate profession has provided him with an endless list of top rated business associates in every field of expertise that he shares with his clients. Chris goes above and beyond to be there for his clients, day or night, weekends and holidays. We are so grateful to have Chris representing us and we are extremely thankful for everything he has done for us.

We had the pleasure of buying a home with Chris and when it came time to sell, he was our only choice. All around great guy. Super easy to talk to and the absolute best customer service. He is transparent and provided us with adequate communication. Highly recommend Chris!

My husband and I highly recommend Chris Young of King & Associates, who helped us with the sale of our home and the purchase of a new one this past year. We’d decided to downsize from a house we’d lived in for 21 years and into a smaller property in an over-55 community, a major move for us. Though buying and selling property is stressful for anyone, Chris quickly put our worries at ease. He was friendly, professional, efficient, and answered any questions we had. In addition, he and King & Associates incorporated the latest technology in marketing our home, which was not only fascinating to us, but gave our house the promotion it needed for a quick sale. (To our delight, we had three contracts in three days.) We can’t say enough about Chris! Highly recommended.

my family purchased our first home through chris young, he was extremely helpful and responsive even helped us when we weren't sure what we were looking for, drove countless hours to help our family find out perfect home. we recently used chris to sell our first starter home as well as purchase our second home.
