Chrissy Conner was wonderful from the onset. She helped my husband and me get our home listed and sold quickly. She helped us feel at ease throughout the process. As soon as we said we we’re ready, she hit the ground running and led us to where we wanted to go. I would recommend her and the Conner Patrick Real Estate Team to any of my family and friends!

I don't even know where to begin describing how much I appreciate Chrissy! From day one, she listened to our needs and took the time to really get to know my family to help us find the home would work best for us. We were new to the area and we weren't really "serious buyers" when we first met Chrissy, but she met us weekend after weekend for months to help us get to know neighborhoods all around Roseville, Granite Bay, Folsom, and Rocklin until we found a home. If I'm being totally honest, my husband and I were a little sad when the house hunting stopped because we always had a good time at Open Houses with her! :-) We changed our minds a million times, and she was so friendly, patient, flexible and accommodating. She also kept our priorities in the front of her mind and kept coming back to them. She was honest with us and went to bat for us several times, and in the end, she helped us find our dream home. She still checks in on us while we settle in, and it's clear that she's doing it genuinely because she cares about people in general. She's just all around a good-hearted, caring, hard-working person, but she's also a real tough cookie when she needs to be! I absolutely love her (and her family...they came along on a few house visits too!), and I would highly recommend Chrissy to anyone looking for a new home! She is the absolute best!!

We can't say enough good things about Chrissy. When we decided to sell our home, Chrissy did impeccable research on the area, took charge of getting photos done and advised on staging. When we listed her social media marketing was incredible. We had another neighbor with the same floor plan, list their home for $10K less with a different agent. Thanks to Chrissy's awesome marketing, the foot traffic we got for our open houses was significantly larger than the neighbors home. The end result of all of Chrissy's hard work was an offer at full asking price from a buyer that did everything we asked. Chrissy was on top of the entire process every step of the way and was a great communicator throughout the process. We will use Chrissy again should we sell our current home and recommend her to everyone that we can!

I couldn’t of asked more from Chrissy. She is on top of her game, there when you have any questions & more. I would have her again in a heartbeat! She is very knowledgeable in all the do’s & don’ts of the business .

From the beginning, Chrissy was available for all of our needs. She kept my family in mind throughout the entire process. Having Chrissy on our team relieved a lot of stress! She's a great agent and I'd recommend her to anyone.
