Chrissy Nieves recently helped my husband and I buy our second home. Without her guidance, expertise and professionalism, I'm not sure we would have decided to commit to this new property. We have worked with several real estate brokers and agents over the years and can say with confidence that Chrissy is the best agent we have ever worked with. Chrissy's qualities make her an extremely successful and effective realtor. We can’t say enough about her professionalism and knowledge within the industry. She has high integrity and is very conscientious and tenacious, always keeping the client's best interests in mind. For example, we were passive buyers. If we found a house, great. If not, great. And, we were in no rush. Chrissy never let this get in the way of offering us stellar service. We especially appreciated her assistance once we settled on our house. She guided us through the inspection period and offered several reliable recommendations. She fought to make sure we were linked with the mortgage broker who would offer us the best rates. She made sure the necessary repairs were completed on time and helped us negotiate with the previous owner to get them done. All of this saves us thousands of dollars and countless hours. Where do I start with how amazing Chrissy is? ?? For starters, she drove 3 hours across the state on short notice to meet us for a builder’s meeting after the agent she connected us with dropped the ball. She connected us with an incredible mortgage team who literally saved us from losing our home. She answered every one of my 10,000 questions without delay. She stopped my wife and I from losing our ?? when inevitable obstacles came along. She is a top notch realtor, but more importantly, an amazing person. Do not hesitate to call her for any home buying needs.

Chrissy is hands down the best realtor for buying and selling. She does her research thoroughly, has a solid plan from start to finish and follows through with commitments. We contacted Chrissy and told her what we were wanting to sell. She came over, took photos and notes…then cane back a few days later with suggestions to get the best rate on investment. After we completed those tasks including packing, relocating our non-essentials to the garage , Chrissy suggested we have a a professional look at the home one more time for opportunities. Again, we completed the suggestions and placed the home for sale and less than 48 hours later had multiple offers above asking price, including a cash offer. The house appraised just below the offer we accepted. Finally, we found were we wanted to relocate. Chrissy referred us to an agent who worked with her family. This agent was amazing as well. We are beyond thrilled with Chrissy as our realtor and to call her a friend.
