Christian was a wonderful ally in our house search while we searched for a home from another state. He obviously cares tremendously about his clients as people, is interested in getting to know their lives and needs, and has strong relationships in the Ann Arbor real estate market. He took the extra steps to help us understand the local neighborhoods and homes even from afar, including having our various family members join him on home tours with us on video. He is sincere, honest, and honored our wishes.

Christian helped me sell a home and he was really great to work with. He is extremely knowledgeable and had great recommendations in terms of getting my house to look its best. Even better he had all the contacts to get some minor work done and coordinated that as well. I was impressed by his knowledge of the market and he had great thoughts on pricing strategy. In the end it paid off as I had many offers! Christian helped me weigh the pros and cons of the offers so I could select the best one for me. The bottom line is I am certain Christian got me the maximum value for my home and made the entire process very easy for me. I highly recommend Christian to anyone buying or selling a home.

My husband and I really enjoyed meeting and working with Christian Ward on our home search & new home purchase. We felt very comfortable trusting his advice on this important task. His real estate knowledge, skills and easy going & genuine personality made it a pleasure to work with him. Christian patiently guided us through each step of the process, and helped us to stay focused. We found him to be knowledgeable about the market. He made sure he understood our wants and needs for a new home, including helping us clarify them. He gave advice on how to prepare our house for showing, and once it was on the market we quickly got multiple offers. As we visited properties he provided a good balance between offering his perspective about the home, and seeking our opinion about the fit.
