Christina was great! I sold and bought a house with her all in a 5 week window. She made the entire process smooth and easy by keeping me informed and staying in constant communication with me. She sold my home in 24 hours and had me in my new house 4 weeks later. I couldn’t have asked for a better out come! My new house has an inground pool and she went out of her way to help me find a company to setup my first pool closing. I constantly felt like she was going above and beyond the whole time. She’s great and I’m looking forward to recommending her to everyone I know!

I cannot say enough good things about how Christina handled a home purchase for my daughter and myself. I live in Idaho and my daughter wanted to purchase a home in Hampton where she is beginning a new job. Christina went above and beyond. From the time my daughter made an offer to completion of the deal was a brief 2+ weeks and Christina tended to every detail both large and small keeping communication doors wide open for the three of us. This is the lady you want to buy from. Meticulous, caring, thorough, smart...…….I rate her 2000 percent!!!

I will recommend Christina to anyone who is ready to sell. She is on point with things that need to be performed for selling. We spoke to a friend about moving and they recommended Christina. She was ready to go after that recommendation. We communicated as one team to get the home sold. We sold without an open house.

Very helpful from day one. She quickly answered emails and was able to work around our busy schedule to look at houses when we needed. She kept in mind what we needed and kept us updated on new listings. She helped us through the process and was very patient.
