She even assisted our out of state buying realtor who was less experienced and had never done an all cash purchase before. She offers everything from just helping with the paperwork if you already have a buyer to full service listing, staging and selling - and her pricing & commissions are set accordingly. Christina O'Neal of the At Home Real Estate Group is an outstanding realtor. She has a comprehensive, up-to-the minute understanding of the San Jose real estate market. She was invaluable in helping me with the sale of my deceased aunt's property in San Jose. Christina proved to be extremely professional and savvy in listening and advertising the property on line, showing the property, and dealing cordially with potential buyers in a responsive manner. She is very pleasant, friendly, and positive. She responded promptly and pleasantly to every phone call, text or email. Working with Christina ONeal has been the absolute best experience my husband and I have ever had selling a house! Christina was recommended to us by a good friend. We were going to be relocating from California to Illinois a few months down the road and needed someone for advice on getting our house ready to sell. Christina immediately started helping us with great local services. Once ready to move, Christina totally took over and handled everything after we had gone. From virtual staging and amazing videos of the house to a fast sale, things could not have gone more smoothly. It was a great experience. I met Christina 2 years ago when we were looking for our first home. As soon as I met her I knew she was the one. She is amazing and she cares. She is very knowledgeable. She keeps in touch and lets us know what the status is. If you call or text her and she is busy with another client she will text you to let you know that she is busy and as soon as she is done she will contact you. I couldn't ask for a better realtor. I would recommend Christina to anyone who is looking for a home.
