I recently had the pleasure of working with Christina to find a house to rent. I cannot say enough positive things about my experience with Christina. Christina was very responsive, I was in a crunch to find a replacement rental before I have to commit to renew at my current place (Sunrise Harbor), the investment company that owns this property is a blood sucker, they rather raised everyone renewal rate at an outrageous rate and push them out then hoping to rent an empty unit for another sucker! Sorry for the rant, but back to Christina, she set me up on her home portal, provided me with listing from the requirement that I preferred, over that holiday weekend there were a good amount of listing available but when I want to tour about 5 of them, most of them were either in contract pending or already gone! I was getting really depressed that I would have to be suckered again at my current resident :( Long and behold, I got email alert that a new listing has been posted to the portal and it has all the preferred requirement that we were looking for, I've immediately email Christina and sms her at 1 am and hope she get to see it first thing in the morning. She texted me back around 6AM and within few hours, she secured a viewing for that property! Rest of the process was smooth and prompt, we were able to provide all the required documentation and signed the contract within a week! During closing of the walk through, the listing agent highly commanded that Christina were very good on following up and got the process moving along promptly before 3 other offers were trying to secure the same property. I highly recommend Christina to be your realtor for all your living and property needs.

Christina always pays attention to detail and gives 100% whether looking for or listing a home or finding a temporary small apartment. I can recommend her for any real estate needs you may have, even new construction with local builders.

Christina was an outstanding realtor. We were probably one of her most challenging clients due to the fact that we didn't really have the designated area we wanted to be. We started out looking all over which was difficult to say the least. In the end after daily emails, conversations, and house hunting we are loving our first time home experience. Christina is very detail oriented, organized, knowledgeable, and professional. She will make your housing dreams come true!!!
