Would recommend 1000 times over. Christine is incredibly knowledgeable for someone moving to the area and she is willing to go the extra mile to make sure that you are 100% satisfied. She is also able to adapt to make sure she is meeting your needs. She is 100% client focused, advocating for you every step of the way. My only regret is not taking some of her advice sooner, because it’s like she personality matched us with the perfect place. I cannot thank Christine enough for being apart of this journey. Her compassion, communication, and willingness to make sure you are satisfied truly goes above and beyond. For PCS or remote buying, she made the process as painless as possible and she is also THOROUGH! One other thing I really want to compliment her on is resources. She is an expert on this area, she knows the best people to do a job. Because of this, not only did we move into the perfect home, we also knew for 100% certainty that it was a home safe for my family, all while I was still in New York. Christine's professional approach to selling a home used a combination of technology, marketing skills and knowledge of the local market conditions. We shopped around for a realtor and we picked Christine. Within 5 days of the listing, we had several showings, 12 families at the open house and multiple offers. We are very pleased that we chose Christine.

Christine was phenomenal. I interviewed several realtors before hiring her. I was an out-of-state client with a challenging and older tenant in the house that we were selling. Christine went above and beyond and I can’t stress that enough…. Additionally, we were under a time constraint. Christine met all challenges with ease. We made our deadline and achieved our desired sales price. She is a professional and a delight to work with. She made the process easy for us! I highly recommend!

Christine helped my husband and I sell our house in less than 30 days, at full asking price, when a previous realtor wanted to do a short sell. She is knowledgeable and very capable of getting the job done.

Christine has a process that will get you top dollar when selling your home. She or her team are easily accessible and very responsive. I wasn't a fan of staging but Christine convinced me otherwise and was I glad she did.
