I can't recommend Ms. Christine Nagy enough. She was willing to come to the house prior to us putting it on the market to provide valuable feedback on improvements that could be made that would appeal to the current market. One can watch all of the "house selling" shows they want but when it comes down to your specific house, in your specific state, in your specific town, you really need the guidance of someone who has boots on the ground at that time to tell you what the feedback is from the market. Christine knows the East Hanover market; for sure. She told us how we could invest further in our home that would benefit us when we went to sell. And it did! She is a great realtor who gives you the information you need, and want, about your home. Christine will listen to you and work with you on the entire process. She knows real estate and she knows what buyers are looking for so, if you listen to her and do the prep work to sell the home, everyone will come out happy with the entire process. I can't recommend her enough and can't thank her enough for helping us through the sale of our home.

Christine has excellent marketing knowledge and communication skills. She listened to our concerns about selling our home, providing us with outstanding advice and suggestions on how to achieve top dollar for our home. She guided us, every step of the way. Christine made selling our home painless. Within a few days on the market, our home sold significantly over asking price! I would defiantly use Christine again, whether selling or buying a new home.

Christine was amazing. In fact, she was better than we ever hoped a real estate broker would be! She held our hand throughout the whole process. We had a few issues which we discussed with Christine. Not only was she was “spot on” with her advice, but she always returned our call with in a few hours! We were so pleased with the way Christine handled our home sale and the recommendations she suggested we use, that we would STRONGLY recommend her to anyone looking to sell their home!

Christine helped us sell a inherited home in East Hanover that had many problems, we live in Florida. She worked with us to solve several problems which saved us both money and trips to New Jersey from Florida. The house sold for over $100,000 over asking. Best ever.

We were lucky enough to work with Christine in the process of selling our house and finding a new home. She was amazing! From communicating with us to, guiding us on how to prepare for the Open House, to giving us the assurance that she had our best interest at heart in both negotiations. Working with Christine was a pleasure and it made this whole process very stress free for us. We would definitely work with her again and strongly recommend her.
