We started this journey 3 years ago and Christle was patient with us when we put buying on hold. The first go around she was very knowledgeable about the area and what land to stay away from. She had the same knowledge in the new area we picked. She listened to our wants and our do not wants, stayed in our price range, and our acreage size. She got all our questions about the different lots answered in a very timely manner and also responded to emails and text same day. Closing was a breeze. Highly recommend for this region of South Dakota.

From start to finish Christle was super helpful. Always timely in response, knowledgable, and patient. She was always able to point out things that we may or may not like in a home because she became knowledgeable about our likes and dislikes. We highly recommend Christle.

Christle was an amazing choice! She was helpful, always responsive, and certainly went above and beyond. She represented my best interest and I was able to sell for a great price! She was willing to drive to me and assist me in every detail of this sale.

Christle was great and a pleasure to work with. She definitely let us work at our own pace and didn't push, but we weren't pushing or wanting speed either. It was somewhere around 16 months between first starting to talk to and work with Christle to buying our new property with her as our agent. She kept in touch just the right amount for us and didn't bombard us with properties that were outside the parameters of what we were looking for. We really like Christle and think that anyone else in need of an agent will be pleased if they choose to work with her.

Awesome response time, no matter what I needed she was there. What impressed me most is that she lives out of town quite a way. Every time I called and wanted to see something she was there.
