I used Stephanie Pitts at Keller Williams nearly fourteen years ago to make my very first home purchase. Her insight was unprecedented. I bought a home that more than tripled in value since purchase, simply based upon her instinct about the area. Fast forward to 2024 (one day before 2025), I have sold that home and closed on a condo...simultaneous closings, which is very hard to achieve. As each hiccup occurred (title companies, lenders, agents, etc.), Stephanie jumped right in and put things back in order to make this happen for me. I would NEVER go to another agent or leave Keller Williams. I have gotten first-class service since my first purchase in 2011...follow-up e-mails, important information regarding tax documentation...you name it. I was fortunate to work with Stephanie Pitts for over two years when purchasing a new home. Stephanie is extremely attentive and if I ever wanted to connect and she wasn't instantly available, she would immediately acknowledge me and call me right back. She guided me through the process, sharing her knowledge, and looked out for my best interests. She was a steady force in a long process.
