I used Stephanie Pitts at Keller Williams nearly fourteen years ago to make my very first home purchase. Her insight was unprecedented. I bought a home that more than tripled in value since purchase, simply based upon her instinct about the area. Fast forward to 2024 (one day before 2025), I have sold that home and closed on a condo...simultaneous closings, which is very hard to achieve. As each hiccup occurred (title companies, lenders, agents, etc.), Stephanie jumped right in and put things back in order to make this happen for me. I would NEVER go to another agent or leave Keller Williams. I have gotten first-class service since my first purchase in 2011...follow-up e-mails, important information regarding tax documentation...you name it. They don't just walk away when the sale is done. You would find yourself in great hands, with a competent team, if you go with Stephanie Pitts and Keller Williams. Stephanie's service is personalized and professional. I cannot recommend her enough.

I was fortunate to work with Stephanie Pitts for over two years when purchasing a new home. Stephanie is extremely attentive and if I ever wanted to connect and she wasn't instantly available, she would immediately acknowledge me and call me right back. She guided me through the process, sharing her knowledge, and looked out for my best interests. She was a steady force in a long process. Perhaps the strongest compliment that I can give is that when the time comes for a future housing transaction, I will look to her again.

Our experience working with Stephanie Pitts from the Pinnacle Homes Group at Keller Williams exceeded expectations on both professional and personal levels. We were lucky to find Stephanie when my Uncle and Clermont resident passed away this summer and we needed help selling his home. Living states away, Stephanie not only counseled us with local market insight and data as we made decisions throughout the process, but she helped us with many things that go along with selling a property that were either challenging or impossible to accomplish remotely. Everything from checking on the house after two severe storms, enlisting help from handy man, identifying contractors, and much more. She is dedicated, persistent, experienced, kind and extremely professional. We are so grateful to her for helping make this one piece of a hard situation a little easier.
