Chris Kirchner of Keller William’s is the whole package. He brought the best support to a sale that tried to fall through several times. He completely protected my interest from finding the right home, the offer, the inspection, financing, to close. Then after the sale was over. I really have never been impressed by realtors as a group. Chris is smart, dedicated, tenacious and fair. Chris is the only choice! He knows Sanibel bridge to South Seas. He knows SWF period. As a real estate investor in multiple states Chris is by far and away the best agent I've ever worked with. I cannot recommend someone more highly. Chris was very receptive to the needs of me and my mother. Chris pays close attention to the small and large details. Chris went above and beyond with assisting us with our purchase. He even referred us to a handyman, electrician and air conditioning company.
