Chris was great to work with throughout the process of finding and buying our new home. From the beginning, he was very sensitive to what we were looking for in a home. He scheduled viewings quickly and conveniently on enough houses that we could get a sense of what was available in the market. Once we found our home, we were confident that we had seen enough to make the right decision. He had very sound advice and was comfortable to work with during the negotiation and closing on the home. We are pleased with Chris and are/will be using him to sell both homes we are vacating.

I would definitely recommend Chris Susko if you are looking to buy or sell real estate. Chris responds immediately to phone calls and texts and was always ready to show me a property I was interested in. On June 29 he took me to see a home that was absolutely perfect.....right neighborhood, right price, right house. We closed on it today. July 17 we listed my condo for sale and I was very impressed with Chris' plan for marketing my condo. Within ten days we had a full price offer. There are lots of realtors out there to choose from, I know several, but Chris is the first realtor I have worked with who actually listened and took to heart how I wanted to proceed with the process.
