Christy Dunfee and Melissa Black sold our home in Woodland Park and found us a great place in Colorado Springs. The Woodland Park home was under contract in one day at ten thousand over asking price! Melissa Black found us a new home in the Springs. She is such a super person! Christy Dunfee, Melissa Black and Lorissa Cooksey are honest, super hard working, responsive, talented, experienced, kind, friendly, great with people! My husband and I were first time home buyers and we decided to go with Christy and Melissa due to their knowledge along with the willingness to educate us! When we were looking at houses; Melissa was pointing out things we didn't even think about look at. They really know their stuff and very respectful; listened to what we were needing and looking for! We were traveling from out of state to buy a house; had only 4 days to really look and Melissa listened to what we needed; found SEVERAL houses and got our days packed with house hunting; she helped us remember which houses were which and the next steps in writing up offers. Melissa did a fantastic job! We ended up in a bidding war for 7 hours and Melissa stayed in contact throughout the whole time and explained everything so thoroughly. HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!! Thank you again for all your help in us finding the right fit for our first house!
