My wife and I have bought and sold several properties over the years, and we have worked with several real estate agents. I can honestly say that Sarah is a truly outstanding agent - smart, efficient, knowledgeable, flexible. And In particular, she always kept us fully informed on exactly what we needed to do, and when, which is so important when all the forms required these days can be overwhelming. Definitely 5 stars.

Sarah Bradford is simply diesel. Or, if you prefer, all electric. Either way, she leads the pack. We met Sarah at an open house, and, immediately, she spoke transparently about specific houses and market conditions. We liked her up-beat, no-nonsense candor. Afterwards, she followed up with useful information that showed her thoughtful effort and time investment, without cheesy flattery or any sense of obligation. She did great work and communicated well, so we chose her as our buyers’ agent without reservation. Sarah’s expertise in structures, Truckee’s extreme weather, and specific site conditions gave us the information we needed to make prudent choices on houses and bids. She was fast, efficient and effective when working through the mountains of inspections, paperwork and accounting to complete our purchase. She advocated for us in ways that we didn’t know we needed and we closed on our dream house in less than a month. There’s an overwhelming number of options when choosing a real estate agent in Truckee, and you need not look further. Sarah seals the deals.

Sarah was amazing! She was very professional yet easy to get along with. She totally understood our needs. Sarah is extremely trustworthy and made the selling process easier. She is honest and everything she said she would do, she did tenfold! Sarah started out as our selling agent and before it was all over became a friend. In our opinion, if you are looking to sell your house, you couldn’t get a better agent! Although it was a ride, Sarah handled every curve ball with ease. Thank you so much Sarah!!
