We choose Chuck since we were selling a house in Brook Park and he had impressive experience and track record selling homes in Brook Park. We were not disappointed. He was extremely responsive to all are questions and needs. We followed all his recommendations and sold the house in 4 days at more than the asking price. It was a pleasure having Chuck represent us. We were 100% satisfied and would highly recommend Chuck Mikol to anyone selling or buying a house.

Truck is the most professional person I've met in a long time he took the time to go over everything with us on the process of buying a house he was always there for us kind caring and understanding I couldn't have asked for a better agent to help us buy a home he is fantastic

Chuck is fantastic! I have used him multiple times over the years and each time he has helped me move my houses quickly and hassle free. Chuck knows his stuff and often times has a deal worked out before you even hear about it. Chuck is honest and great at explaining the details. He puts in the work so you don't have to. I highly recommend him to anyone seriously looking to buy and/or sell.

We had the pleasure of recently working with Chuck Mikol. I refer him to anyone interested in selling or buying a house. The systems he has in place make selling and buying a house easy. My home sold within 24 hours of listing it. I appreciate that he posted true pictures of my house. He did not try use camera tricks such as using the birdseye lenses. As someone that was looking for house recently I can tell you it is disappointing it is to show up to a house that does not have the same appeal in person as it did in the pictures. Exactly one week to the day of selling our home he not only helped us find a new home but our offer was accepted!! It doesn't matter what time of day it was when I emailed or texted him he always responded. He is straightforward, a hard worker, very knowledgeable, and is really easy to work with. We received 5+ star quality work from Chuck.
