Cindy is an excellent real estate agent. Cindy helped us with the purchase of our home 14 years ago, she also helped us sell that home and purchase our dream home. Cindy did an outstanding job of explaining to us each step of the buying and selling process, she was very responsive, answered all our questions, and she has vast knowledge of the area. We are extremely grateful for all her hard work. Cindy is a consummate professional, she’s highly experienced and extremely helpful, if I move again, I’m calling on Cindy to be my realtor.

Words can't possibly do Cindy Allen justice but I will try my best. Cindy first helped us find a home during the beginning of the pandemic and at that point in time, we were truly unsure if we should consider buying, not knowing what the market will do with this pandemic of 2020. The minute I reached out to Cindy, asking her about new build communities in up and coming towns, I knew I hit the absolute jackpot with my representation. She already knew of the towns, the builders, the price points, and contacts. Something that I never would've considered when looking for a realtor, is their confidence. Cindy has and had it (back then) in spades. She was the SOLE reason why we bought as soon as the pandemic hit. It was something about her confidence that made us feel at ease. Not only did she find our first ever property, but she did it with the innate ability to make us feel comfortable about the largest transaction in our life. There probably aren't enough verbs and adjectives to explain who Cindy is as a realtor but just know when you choose her, you have 10000% picked the right person to represent you. So...fast forward two years. We have to sell our property due to unforeseen circumstances and guess who came to the rescue? You betcha, Cindy. This is a PRIME example of why Cindy is so great. The property we bought with her two years ago; it just so happened to be awarded one of the best communities in the state and that came with incredibly equity in just two years. You know how I say Cindy has this innate ability, well she also holds the innate ability to know what is best for us, at each turn. She told us when we signed, "you will not regret this, you all just got a steal". She was right again...Unfortunately we had to sell the house when we weren't ready but she helped us find a buyer within two days of asking and guess what, she was just as confident then as she was with us the first time we bought. Cindy walked us through the insanity, that is selling a house and the amount of moving parts. Although, when she said it and explained it, it didn't seem too complicated because she made us feel educated and (I'll use this word again) very comfortable in our decision(s). I think my only regret, is that I cannot give Cindy millions of dollars or steal her out to Washington to help us on our next adventure in life. All I can do, is absolutely ensure that every individual looking to buy or sell a house uses Cindy Allen. I PROMISE YOU, she is the best TX has to offer!

I have had the pleasure of working with Cindy a couple of times! My first experience was moving to the area and I needed to find a house in a weekend! She cleared her schedule and we were off! She offered so much more than showing me houses, she was helping me find a home for my family! She gave me her expert opinion and even offered up ideas that I didn’t even think about! She took the stress out of buying a home and we did it! We found our home! Then I called on her again when it was time to help my parents! Again she was there to help and I walked away just as happy the 2nd time around! If you want an expert in the business- that will make buying a home as seamless as possible then call Cindy! You will have the same as I do - a realtor for life!!!

Cindy was an absolute pleasure to work with especially if you are moving from out of State. Her knowledge of the DFW area is unbelievable. Cindy at the last minute cleared her schedule to find us a house. She picked my husband and daughter up from the airport and immediately showed them 12 homes that same day! I had to stay back in Wisconsin for my jobs and she still made me feel part of the buying process. My husband and I are so fortunate to have found her. Every question she answered. Cindy pointed out pros and cons about a property being from the North we knew nothing about. You need a great Realtor like Cindy on your side if you're relocating. She put our stress at a zero because of her knowledge and professionalism.

Cindy was quite simply all you could hope for in a realtor, we had to buy remotely from a different state and only had two trips to sort it all out. Cindy is always in your corner and uses her experience to inform and warn about thing you wouldn't know or think about otherwise. Always available and ready to answer and help in so many ways. Her recommendations for all the other companies like mortgage and inspections etc were also spot on! One stop shopping for top notch service
