This was our first home, and Cindy endured our endless questions with patience and humor. Cindy was always ready to meet us to view a listing at a moments notice. We ended up not only with a Real Estate agent, but also a friend.

Cindy is the best real estate agent we've ever dealt with. She is knowledgeable in all facets of the industry. She gave us invaluable advice on selling our home and purchasing a new one. She listened carefully to what we needed in a house and weeded out those that didn't fit the bill. She was thorough in the paperwork to protect us, and was present at all meetings with the workmen, mortgage lender, and photographer. She arranged for inspections and kept us updated on the progress. At all times, we were in very capable hands, and on top of everything, she is a truly NICE person with lots of patience in helping us find the right home. She has become our forever friend now, and I recommend her to anyone buying or selling his home.

Cindy was a gem of an agent and was always so responsive to all our questions and communicated well with the buyers. She was always on time with all our appointments and she made an extra effort to provide copies of all documents and paperwork. She always keot us informed with respect to the progress of escrow and title company dealings and was very flexible in making addendums to the contract to move the closing date that was most convenient for both parties.
