Working with TJ was special. We were attending a family wedding and fell in love with Asheville and the locals. We had no plans to purchase a second home. After a delayed response from an unavailable agent, TJ stepped in. Some things happen for the best, as he was quick to respond having our best interest at hand. He literally made himself available all weekend, while accessing our personal needs and wishlist. He was extremely knowledgeable of Asheville and surrounding communities. Post closing, he continued to provide trusted resources and that still continues today. I’ve lived in many cities throughout the country, this was without question the best home purchase experience I have had. TJ genuinely cares about his client and patiently guides you through the process. We so love this home and we credit him!

TJ was so easy to work with.. realizes that moving is stressful and makes the entire process smooth from start to finish. Always available to answer questions and very knowledgeable with remodeling ideas, etc.

As first-time home buyers, my partner and I did not understand the homebuying process or what to look for when buying a home. TJ was an amazing resource for learning the home buying process and understanding potential issues/hazards on a home inspection. He made the process incredibly smooth and went above and beyond to help coordinate inspections and obtaining quotes for the work needed on our home. TJ helped us feel confident in our purchase and set us up for success as new homeowners. I can't recommend him enough!

TJ did an excellent job representing me, as a buyer. I highly recommend him to everyone, buyers and sellers alike. After many years searching for my dream/forever home, I finally found it! Unfortunately, it had multiple offers but TJ’’s professionalism and strong negotiation skills sealed the deal for me!! My offer was accepted and I was able to move into my forever home within 30 days!! Thank you, TJ! You’re the BEST!

Alessa was hosting an open house this weekend in Hendersonville. While there I was impressed by her knowledge and insights into the local market. She was very helpful advising me about the property.
